Terms of Service

By creating an account or using agenthelper.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are between you and KR Communications LLC ("we," "us," or "Agent Helper").

Agent Helper provides hosted intake form software for independent insurance agents. This includes a client-facing intake form, email notifications to your designated team, and optional CRM integration features.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate as an insurance agent or representative in your jurisdiction to use this service. By creating an account, you represent that this is the case.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@agenthelper.app.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your clients before directing them to complete an intake form through our service.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including insurance regulations and privacy laws, in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the service to collect information you are not authorized to collect, or for any unlawful purpose.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

When your clients submit intake forms, that data is processed by us to deliver it to you. You are the data controller for your clients' information; we act as a processor on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle that data.

You may not use Agent Helper to:

• Collect information under false pretenses or without disclosure to the person completing the form.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

Agent Helper and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by KR Communications LLC. You retain ownership of your agency data and client submissions. You grant us a limited license to process that data for the purpose of delivering the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for decisions you or your clients make based on information submitted through intake forms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KR Communications LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your data will be deleted per our retention policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
