From agents: Agency name and email address.

From clients filling out intake forms: Name, contact information, date of birth, address, height and weight, current insurance carrier and plan, medications, health conditions, and dependent information. This information is submitted voluntarily by the client at the direction of their insurance agent.

Automatically: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via standard server logs.

• To deliver the intake form service and route submissions to the correct agent.
• To send notification emails to the agent's designated team members upon form submission.
• To communicate with agents about their account and service updates.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Intake forms may collect health-related information including medications and medical conditions. This information is collected solely to assist the insurance agent in providing services to their client. We treat this information with strict confidentiality and do not use it for any purpose other than delivering it to the agent who requested the form.

If you are a client completing a form, your information is shared with your insurance agent and stored temporarily to deliver the notification. Contact us at hello@agenthelper.app to request deletion.

Form submission data is retained for up to 90 days to support delivery and re-delivery of notifications. After 90 days, submission content is deleted. Agent account data is retained for as long as the account is active and up to 30 days after deletion is requested.

We do not use advertising networks or sell data to data brokers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@agenthelper.app. We will respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
